TIMELINE TECHNIQUE MEDITATION
This meditation is intended to take you on a journey to imprinting your goals, intentions, or outcome for the future into the future - helping you move into your future identity, and all that you desire.
The exercise is used to create clarity, and only needs to be completed once for any particular goal, intention or desire, but can be repeated for different intentions or outcomes at any point in time.
Below are instructions for setting yourself up for success in this practice. You can choose to read through these and skip to 4:23 in the recording where the meditation begins, or listen to the recording in its entirety as I instruct you through the beginning.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Stepping into this timeline exercise I want to share with you a few tips to get you prepared, and in the space of really taking in this exercise.
1 - Find a space that is comfortable for you to rest in for the next 15 to 20 minutes. Make sure you are in a space that is free from most distractions, you may want earbuds or headphones to keep the sound close to you without distraction.
2 - Have an intention that you would like to focus on - I encourage it to be something within the next 90 days, as this allows you to see the outcome of what happens when we imprint into the future.
3 - Be present with what comes up for you during the exercise - it may not always make sense, but allow yourself to feel what you feel and notice what you notice.
4 - After completing the exercise, it is important to remember that the visualization itself is only half the work - you must take action in the direction of your intention.
